Service

As well as our huge range of materials handling equipment, we are pleased to offer a wide range of servicing options to help you to comply with your legal obligations to comply with The Health And Safety At Work Act 1974 and LOLER (The Lifting Operations And Lifting Equipment Regulations).

We can provide varying levels of service; our Service Inspection & Preventative Maintenance Scheme (SIPMS) is our most cost effective method of service. You decide which of your machines you want to include and the service interval (we would recommend twice per year on most equipment). The price of each service will include travel & labour costs for the service. (Obviously, parts used and additional labour time would be charged on top of the service price). With this scheme, you never have to worry about remembering to book your equipment in to be serviced; we will schedule this for you; allowing you to concentrate on YOUR business.

At some stage of its life, any machine can break down. This can be down to an equipment fault, accident or just lack of maintenance. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly to most problems and to be able to rectify the fault on site and first time in most instances.

We are also pleased to carry out servicing or repair of your equipment on an ad-hoc basis. Due to the nature of this kind of service, we charge on an hourly basis. We are always pleased to give a verbal or written estimate before starting any work. We are capable of carrying out work on most equipment; our engineers are all time served and well experienced in all areas of materials handling equipment.
